Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of the MEMORIA photo printing service at events.
MEMORIA is an instant photo printing service operated at live events. Guests capture photos via a web interface, select a print template, and receive a physical print at the event station. The service is provided by TANGENT EVENTS e.U., based in Vienna, Austria.
To use MEMORIA, you must be attending an event where the service is active. Access is granted through an event-specific code or direct link provided by the event organizer. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
By submitting a photo through MEMORIA, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and consent to it being processed for printing. The event organizer has access to photos taken during their event and may use them for event documentation, review, and operational purposes. TANGENT EVENTS e.U. stores images temporarily for printing and operational purposes and does not use them for marketing without separate consent.
Each guest is allocated a number of prints as determined by the event organizer. Unused print credits do not carry over between events and have no monetary value. Print limits are set per event and may vary.
MEMORIA is provided as-is and depends on hardware, network connectivity, and event conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Event staff can assist with issues at the printing station.
All templates, overlays, and branding materials available in MEMORIA are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TANGENT EVENTS e.U. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the event service.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
